Scroll-Controlled Cinematic Sequence
A frame-by-frame cinematic sequence controlled directly by scroll, allowing users to move forward, reverse, and pause naturally at any point.
A premium Arabic digital studio concept built around a scroll-driven cinematic experience, combining editorial design, real HTML content, GSAP, Lenis, and a frame-by-frame Canvas sequence.

Mada — Cinematic Digital Studio Experience
Mada was created as a concept digital studio to explore how cinematic storytelling can become part of the browsing experience without replacing the actual website content. Instead of autoplaying a video, the experience maps a sequence of rendered frames directly to scroll progress. Scrolling down moves the visual journey forward, scrolling up reverses it, and stopping naturally pauses the experience on a specific frame. The cinematic layer acts as atmosphere and visual storytelling, while all important content remains real HTML. This keeps the site responsive, accessible, editable, SEO-friendly, and visually sharp across different screen sizes. Beyond the hero, the landing page shifts into a calmer editorial rhythm with selected work, service rows, a connected capabilities network, large typographic statements, and refined calls to action.
I handled the creative direction, frontend architecture, scroll interaction, Canvas rendering, performance optimization, responsive behavior, and final visual refinement of the experience.
The project combines cinematic storytelling with production-focused frontend engineering.
A frame-by-frame cinematic sequence controlled directly by scroll, allowing users to move forward, reverse, and pause naturally at any point.
The visual sequence is rendered through HTML Canvas with responsive object-cover behavior, DPR handling, and efficient redraws only when the visible frame changes.
Frames are loaded progressively instead of blocking the experience, with priority loading, nearby-frame preloading, caching, and fallback to the nearest available frame.
Important headings, services, project information, and calls to action remain real HTML above the cinematic layer for accessibility, responsiveness, SEO, and sharp typography.
Scrolling down advances the sequence while scrolling up reverses it naturally, creating a true scrubbed cinematic interaction rather than autoplay video.
An interactive capability network visually connects strategy, design, development, systems, motion, accessibility, performance, and SEO.
The interface was designed intentionally for Arabic and RTL layouts, including typography, spacing, hierarchy, navigation, and responsive behavior.
Users who prefer reduced motion receive a simplified experience with static cinematic visuals and readable content without losing functionality.
The experience adapts across desktop, tablet, and mobile while maintaining readable overlays, controlled Canvas cropping, and stable interaction.
The final build includes optimized WebP frames, device-pixel-ratio limits, mobile cache controls, progressive loading, cleanup, and reduced unnecessary rendering.
The experience was built with a lightweight frontend stack focused on precise scroll control, smooth interaction, and efficient rendering.
The final implementation was refined for real-world performance, accessibility, responsive behavior, and graceful degradation.
